4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your confirmed order will apply to that transaction.

4.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on Geeft, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
Online Banking / Card Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in selected areas

Payment must be received before your order is processed and dispatched, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

5.3 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and you must follow our Return Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are:

Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., holidays, natural disasters, courier delays). Geeft is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
The wrong product was delivered
The product does not match the description on our website

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Personalized or custom-made items
Products that have been used, washed, or altered
Items purchased during clearance or final sale

7.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bKash or bank transfer.

All content on the Geeft website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Geeft and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Bangladesh.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
